Charging your Electric Vehicle (EV) at home with a Level 2 home charger provides faster and more convenient vehicle charging. PSE residential electric customers can receive rebates on the purchase and 安装ation of a Level 2 EV home charger.

Rebate/Equipment requirements

• Must be 安装ed in a property within PSE’s electric service area.
• Must be a current PSE residential customer, with electric service.
• 必须目前拥有, 租赁, or have ordered an EV (electric vehicle) or PHEV (plug-in hybrid electric vehicle).
• 必须购买, 安装, and connect an ENERGY STAR Smart Level 2 charger that is pre-qualified by PSE.

• One rebate per qualified single-family residence within a 5-year window.

Application Requirements

• 附上一份副本, 照片, or scan of your receipt of qualifying EV home charger reflecting the retailer, 购买日期, 制造商, 型号, 价格, 以及付款证明.
• Your rebate application must be submitted within 60 days of home charger 安装ation.
• One rebate per qualified single-family residence.
• You must have an online PSE account to apply online.

Increased Empower Mobility incentives for customers with qualifying incomes

Increased rebates are available for customers with qualifying incomes. P租赁 view the income qualification table (英语 / 西班牙语) to determine if you meet monthly household income requirements.

• If qualified, select the increased Empower Mobility rebate amounts in the rebate application below..
• Then, fully complete the Income Qualifications section within the rebate application.
• If your qualifying EV home charger was professionally 安装ed, you may qualify for up to $2,000 in additional 安装ation rebates. If so, the following additional requirements apply:
  • Qualifying EV home charger must be 安装ed in a residential property within PSE’s electric service area.
  • 一个副本, 照片, or scan of your 安装ation receipt reflecting 安装ation date, description of the work, 价格, 以及付款证明 must be submitted along with your rebate application.
